The excitement around the Tour of California which is always amazing will be even more amped up with Lance being there!! I am putting on a fun, sag supported camp that will be an excellent way to be part of this excitement on the mountaintop finish on Palomar.

Thanks for your concern and information. I am in the process of trying to find out the actual route they plan but I'm sure it is still a work in progress for them.

If you go to the official Tour of California web sight the start and finish points of all 9 stages are listed but the actual routes to get to the end destinations are to be determined. On the map though the start point is clearly marked as rancho Bernardo and finish Escondido . Whatever you are planning for Palomar I wish you luck. I looked at the news link you posted and the date the story ran was long before any of the routes were finalized.

So, they decided not to go with the mountaintop finish after all. But, they are still climbing Palomar Mt. and it should play out to be an epic stage. I'm looking forward to providing people with 5 days of great fully sag supported training rides and coaching plus the fun of watching the best racers in the world battle on Palomar.
