Fly To the Finish Codes

Does anyone have a list of the Fly To the Finish codes. I am missing a few and would like to try to get them. I have watch every stage but 2.

so far I have: cyclysm, sprint, breakaway, usa, cadence, haincapie, phonak, gerolsteiner.

Stage 11- Tourmalet
Stage 12-Bastille Day
Stage 13- Musette
Stage 14- Domestique
