I agree with most items except for the Quaker 100% Natural cereal and the Pop-Tarts. So what if a cereal has a little fat in it? Just don't using the mixing bowl when you eat it. And if it wasn't for Pop-Tarts I wouldn't have been able to mow lawns for 10 day hours a day when I was a kid.
I really like the Stonyfield fat free yogurts. They did take a while to get use to though. Pop tarts are an awesome occasional treat that remind me of my childhood!
