I started training about 4 months ago and at 57 years of age, I realized that I didn't have the energy, strength and stamins that I had anticipated, big surprise! Anyway, a friend gave me some tips on creating a managed program for training and pacing.
I also use the same patches that the US & Japanese Swim Teams used in China for energy, stamina and strength and I am finding some incredible results. I had significant results with my side passion for hiking.
