Have you ever seen the show on tv? Well, check out how this potential contestant trains, I think you'll appreciate this:
I love this kind of fitness. What kind of unconventional moves do you do to train?

I love Ninja Warrior. I can't get enough of that show. I watched an episode recently that had a segment for elite athletesincluding U.S. gymnast Paul Hammand the course owned them.
This guy had some impressive stuff going on. I liked the balance up the railing and the climbing up two ropes using each arm.
That's incredibly crazy and impressive!!!
Awesome dude! Love to see someone extend pass norm but really that is what we are designed to do. Go hard.
Im a 51 year old female my leg routine starts with leg press 20 reps 270lbs 1 set,20 reps 360lbs 1 set, 15 reps 410lbs 1 set, then hack squat 2 sets 15 reps 180lbs, Reverse leg curl on the lat pull down ankles anchored in 2 sets 20 reps, then on two steps raised 4 bricks(about 15inches) high deep squats 20 reps 2-4 sets with a 50 lb dumbbell touch the floor then back up. Then I do v sits with knee tucks on a bench feet touch floor then knees in with a 10lb dumbbell in between my ankles 20 reps 3 sets, over head crunch with leg extention on a bench with a 25lb plate 20 reps 3 sets and 3 sets of slow bicycle 20 reps. There is no rest in between sets. A good 20 minute stretch after.
The high reps keep me strong and able to still do quick high jumps.
awesome, so cool!
