Hi - thanks for the question! OK, most of the workouts are based on an overall time interval, in this case, thirty minutes. So, the goal is to do as many rounds within the thirty minute time period. So, for example, if the workout is:
As many rounds as you can do for 30 minutes: 400m run, 20 medicine ball throws, 10 pull ups, 20 double-unders, 20 sit ups -- as stated, do as many rounds of the reps as you can for thirty minutes.
The beauty of these workouts is the progression. You many find at the end of the 9 weeks, you could do this same workout and get one or two additional rounds in! As always, make sure to warm up properly before, and get a good stretch in afterwards.
