Should you take the day off?? do an easy walk or easy jog??

I ran 47 min 10k sat morning....

I have another 10k in 13 days (2 weeks after previous 10k)...

Just do a slow, 1 mile run and come back and stretch out.

Hey, that's a great idea: walk, then stretch then run and then walk again. I've been saving most of my stretching till after the run, but I'm going to try it your way. Other than that, I do things basicallly the same way as you. Hey, congratulations on that 47 minute 10K. I just ran my second 10K on Apr. 5 and came in at 48:21. I was injured on my first one. You're running a half marathon in Oct? That's awesome. I am running in the Indianapolis Marathon on Oct. 17. Stay cool and let me know what's up.
