Hey, that's a great idea: walk, then stretch then run and then walk again. I've been saving most of my stretching till after the run, but I'm going to try it your way. Other than that, I do things basicallly the same way as you. Hey, congratulations on that 47 minute 10K. I just ran my second 10K on Apr. 5 and came in at 48:21. I was injured on my first one.
