Do you run 20M in under 2.5hours. I am scheduled for my first 20M run and I know it will take me about 3 hours. I just bought the Daniel's Running Formula and I'm wondering if I should just stay at 2.5 hours until I am able to complete 20m/32k in that amount of time. What did you gather from your reading?

Personally - I would run the 20 anyway. Maybe it doesn't have to be part of every week for you, but it has its benefits that will help you.
