I need some help,
I have recently been relocated to Middle East for a business. The apartment i live in has minimal workout equipment; dumbells up to 25lbs, a single adjustable bench, a exercise bike, and a small pool. The nearest gym is not within reasonable distance cosnidering the traffic that occurs in city everyday around 5pm. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for developing a full body workout i can possibly do with the minimal resources I have?
