Yeah, I'm already IN Washington. Sadly, I can't afford to come back in three weeks. (although I have considered many times in the past 24 hours just cancelling my ticket and telling my folks to ship my stuff.....)

Tobes, you totally rock though, for thinking of us. Hope somebody out there can use them!

I think what I just read was "Go to Pike's Place and get some blah blah blah, blah blah blah tea for me."

Holy cr@p Sara... I'm gonna have to write that down!  Any idea which vendor it is?  Pikes is a pretty big place.

Seattle sounds fun! And I've never had mumbo-jumbo tea. Wish I were going. Have fun!

    Me too!!!!

If you make it there, I will give you my bib and you can run the second half?  But only if you promise to BQ for me, okay?

I am officially registered!  I have a plane ticket and my husband's blessing (okay, reluctant "sure, whatever...") and a hotel room.  Despite what I've said repeated, Active ROCKS!!!  Well, mostly just Toby.

    (thanks, Toby!)

You're an animal, like a cougar woman, Nita.  Good for you, Seattle is a great city and it should be nice and cool.  Who else is took Active up on its offer?

I don't know about all thhat cougar business.  I felt more like a fat lazy house cat at Nashville.  I feel things turning around in Vermonth, though!  I hope!  Keep the weather cool!

    Re: Seattle RnR

Congratulations Nita and Jimmy!  You all will have a great time.  It would have been nice to go since I lived in Seattle for a couple of years long time ago.  I don't remember too many warm days.  Just cool and drizzly.  Have dinner at the space needle...it's a great view.
