How Are You Celebrating National Running Day?

Wednesday, June 3 is America's inaugural National Running Day. The day aims to inspire people to run, no matter what age or fitness level. With physical education programs disappearing across the country, an initiative like this is needed to get kids active and engaged in healthy lifestyles.

So what are your plans? Are you running solo? With family, friends or coworkers?

If you've never run before, National Running Day is the perfect day to start. In the words of New York Road Runners president and CEO, Mary Wittenberg:

"Everyone can run. That's the message of this day."

Lace up, hit the road or trails, and tell us about it!
