I'm in the initial stages of planning a trip to Europe this summer and I'm trying to narrow down the places to check out to fit into the amount of time I'll be over there.
I'm interested to hear from fellow-travelers out therewho have gone to Europe or would like towhat were the top places on your list to go to?
Hi! I would definitely recommend Barcelona, Spain- Paris, France, London, UK.... Netherlands is a nice country but I like architecture and history better and you will find lots of it in those 3 countries. Have fun, whatever place you choose you will have lots of fun! their culture is so different I love it!... and summer time is a perfect time to travel to Europe!!
Thanks for your input!
My trip is only two months away now and I'm starting to get really excited. Other than the flight, we don't have too many other details in place yet for sure. But I am pretty sure we'll be visiting Germany and Austria for sure. Have you been to either of those countries?
No I havent
I got orders to move to Germany last year and I was really excited to go but I had to cancel at the last minute...
but I heard good things about both! really anywhere you go, you are going to enjoy it! ![]()
Try Rom, London, Paris and Stockholm they are my favorits
Have fun:)
Try Rom and Paris
I took my daughter to Austria last summer and we both loved it. There was so much to do and the city is great. We stayed at the Imperial Hotel which is located in the heart of things, if you don't stay there visit it. They tour it on the hop on hop off bus, but go in for a drink or tea, the building itself is amazing.
I also love Rome, London and Paris. All great places to visit. The train ride from London to Paris is great and there is so much to see in either place you can't go wrong. Have a great trip!
Hello!
I’m going to Austria soon, can you shear more info about your trip?
Thanks!
I have been to Germany once before, I visited Frankfurt and Bonn.Germans are really friendly people but there might be a language barrier because some people only speak German and no English at all. This is true especially for older people, young people do speak English.
Europe is my dream destination. We plan to travel to Italy by the end of this year. I hope to be able to drop by London too. This is one of my favorite places in the UK.
Can you please share some of the good things to do in Italy that can't be found anywhere in travel sites? Thanks in advance. Cheers! ![]()
