Downloading plan

 

I have never experienced anything as frustrating as trying to join a team and get a training plan.  I finally got active.com to recognize my name/password, but now I'm at the download training plan impasse.  I don't understand what they're asking regarding merging accounts - I don't have another account!  When I go to 'skip' I get an error message.  Please tell me I'm the only one with this problem and how to fix it - I am so ready to give up!

Having similar problems getting this site to recognize my name/password.

 

 

Downloading a training plan?  Can't even find it.

 

 

I'm so frustrated I think I'll become a couch potato.
