The start of my month was a bit shaky due to several maladies, but I've got 83 miles in for the month anyway. How's everyone else done?

84.8... basically an ultramarathon, tapering before, recovering after and then a few days off at the end of the month. Plus a pretty lousy 5.3 miles of swimming and 35 miles of biking. I can't believe I didn't swim more- I think a lot of traveling played into that. And I know I need to work on my biking. So much to do!

112.9 m for June.
Just wanted to point out that a grandma owned me this month. Way to go, Charlotte!
You are such an amazing woman, I tell everyone (no joke, even the guy in the grocery store today) about my incredible friend who started marathoning at 59!

I added it up - 72 miles for June. It's not as bad as it sounds since I've only been running every 2nd day and I missed a couple of those. I ran 12 days for that 72 miles, a 6 mile average. Not too bad.
We've come this far and it's still the same,
Runnin' out here in the rain.
Just one more mile, if only you could fly.
