In case you couldn't guess from my avatar, I'm from Texas (close to Dallas) 

This will be my third MCM.

I'm in Hollywood--Hollywood, Maryland!  It's ironically next to California, Maryland... I trained for last year's MCM, but broke my foot right before the race, so this'll be my first!  Come **** or high water, as they used to say.

From Iowa, first ever marathon. Figured this would be the right one for my first. Slowly coming back from surgery.

OK, Willow Grove, PA (Philly suburb), and 15th MCM - 1993 through now except 2008 (injury) and 1999 (wife's illness).

North Carolina and this is my first MCM and my first marathon.

Karl...they would think you are a stud if you go for it.  What are you missing Sunday morning?

Believe it or not, I briefly considered it when I found out that it fell on the same weekend.  But then I thought, "Who am I kidding?" Besides that, we had to schedule our flight back Sunday morning so we can pick up the kids in Denver (staying with my parents) and get back to Phoenix on Monday.

The cool thing is most of the same crew is running RnR Las Vegas in December, so it just means the annual get together with you guys only gets pushed back about 6 weeks.  Talk to you soon.
