Thanks! Our race has been discussed and dissected all morning. We stopped at each mile marker for a photo. He is sure that he can come back next year and do it in 51 minutes but will not be stopping for pictures.

I completed the Mount Trashmore Family YMCA Independence Day 5K.  It wasn't too bad considering I have been battling the crud and had some lower back issues.  Go figure, the calf felt great!
