Thanks for the request. Are you asking for a mix for training to reach the sub 1 hour goal or a mix for the run itself.
These can be totally different running mixes with different BPMs. Please provide me with more detail and I am sure we can help.
How many times per week are you running and for how long and how far. Can you fit more training time in?
What are your best 1km,5 km and 10km times.
It will not be a training program as such but suggestions as to the times and beats per minute you can train with.
It may take a couple of days to prepare.
