Tomatoes Are Taking Over The World

Help!
I had the not-so-great idea of putting four tomato plants in my garden, because 1) They're easy to grow; and 2) I had the space to grow them.
The problem is that I now have about 15-20 tomatoes a week ripening up during this peak time. I make salsa and put them in salads and on BLTs, but that leaves about 10 left over and I have nothing to do with them.
Anyone have any ideas? Recipes that aren't too common? Storage? Giving them away to neighbors? ANYTHING?
Make up a big batch of homemade pasta sauce then freeze it in a few single- or double- serving size containers.
Tomato soup? Here's my recipe for red pepper and tomato soup. YUM! And this is my favorite side dish. I call it the black bean and tomato medley.
I have this same problem with squash and eggplant, as well as the tomatoes. They grow like weeds until August here. My neighbors are sick of them. I've tried everything short of frying. I was even given a zucchini chocolate cake recipe!
All we can do is chop up what we don't eat and compost. Careful with those tomato seeds, though! Throw one chopped up tomato into the garden and you'll have hundreds of tomato plant "weeds" after the next rain storm! Those seeds even survive the digestive system.
You could always go to local political debates... or really bad performances of Shakespeare in parks.. rotten tomatoes are always needed at those events.
