Anyone have any tips on keeping motived in your training...I've done a few sprints and really want to gear up to and olympic but the hours invested just seem soooo long, especially the bike piece... I'm not very regimented and usually mix up my daily route based on how i'm feeling... ex. run 3 miles... swim .5mile, row 10min... suggestions? I'm think maybe I should do less multiple cardio activities... stick to one each day but train longer on it...? Any tips on keeping training on a stationary bike more interesting?
