Claim Results?

I can find lots of my results online with Active.com.  There is a button that says "to claim results"  it takes me to results, but there is no way to claim them. Is this for full paying members only?

if you can claim your time  them the button will be on the left hand side of the screen. The only ones you can claim  your time is if that the event has posted the times of the runners seperately. Meaning if your name is in a big list and you cannot click on  your name, then you cant claim it.....
