15 weeks to RNR, then 12 weeks to Boston?

I'm thinking of "upping" my mileage to hit the RNR in Arizona on January 17, 2007 as a BQ. I'm 42, ran 3:32 at NYC last year and need to run 3:20 to qualify. Question for all of you is, is the 12 or so weeks between RNR and Boston enough to "rest, rebuild, regroup" and then have a solid Boston race? Or, will I just be "doing" Boston? AND, is RNR the place to do it? Thanks!
