quick survey for marathoners

Im doing a stats class and Im gonna do a survey on marathoners, here it is:

gender:
age at first marathon:
years of serious running before first marathon:
average mpw for the 16 weeks leading up to first marathon
first marathon goal:
actual first marathon time:
second marathon time if applicable:

feel free to add any other bits of useful info. If I get enough surveys Ill post back with some graphs and analysis. Thanks for your time.

Was a former high school runner but only did a little fitness jogging between 18 and 34.

Age for first marathon - 33

Years of serious running before - 1

Average mpw for 16 weeks leading up - 54

First marathon goal - sub 2:50 (BQ in those days)

Actual first marathon time - 2:48

Second marathon time - 2:58 (tried for sub-6 pace and was walking by 17; waited for friend and ran in with him)

No speed work for 16 weeks leading up to first. Training consisted of long runs:
18 (3), 20(2), 26(1)

and racing:
5k (1), 10k (4), 10m (1)

actual first marathon time: 2:59:08

(first mile over 10 minutes due to congestion and walking across starting line)

I don't think I will run another marathon. I am now 40 and find 30 to 35 miles per week fits my life style (family/work). That is not enough mileage to enjoy running marathons.

4.5 (Sister started me running at age 7ish...ran XC and skied XC in HS, swam and biked through college, swam, rollerbladed and walked until I picked up running again in '98. Started racing again in '02)
