please help!

i know that active.com does not give refunds, but i have registered myself for the race in jacksonville, fl. when i actually live in jacksonville nc.  i absolutely have no way to every make it to the jacksonville florida race and i have to register immediately for the marine corps half marathon that's taking place this saturday (the 26th) in north carolina.  it's being held at Verona Loop, and the registration is slightly less expensive than the florida race.  Is there any way i can pay a fee and switch registration entries, or even if i register for the appropriate race, can you please credit my card?  i have been an active.com member for a long time and i always recommend the site to friends who are new to competitive running.  i do not have the resources to pay for both races, and would consider it an act of the highest quality in customer care if you could offer any advice or support.
