Yoga for Athletes- Thursday night 10/1

Hi everyone.  I am a triathlete, a trainer, and also a yoga teacher. Starting TONIGHT Yoga for Athletes classes, Thursday October 1st.  http://www.westhartfordyoga.com/series.htm

It is a 6 week class series, you can pre-register or just drop-in.  It is an all levels class and beginners are welcome at West Hartford Yoga www.westhartfordyoga.com

Athletes are encouraged to use this yoga practice to boost performance and complement an active lifestyle. Use yoga to improve your concentration and breath awareness and increase your mental endurance. Athletes typically suffer from overuse of certain muscles causing shin splints, shortened hamstrings and other skeletal imbalances.
