Here's the thing
I've just come in from W1D2 and sat down to view posts with my post run cup of tea (I know - I'm Irish..!)
Reading through the posts I'm wondering if everyone is just sticking to the plan or are many of you doing other exercising of some form in between?
I have to admit that I can see it's going to be tricky enough to find the time and sometimes the motivation to stick to the plan - but I am determined...should I feel guilty though if I'm not doing anything else
By the way - I was really worried that the first day's enthusiasm would fade by the second repetition - but it didn't! Roll on W1D3!
