Diet Recommendations for a low carb eater

I am very new to running, only for the past 2 months.

I am mostly running for exercise, but am enjoying it and hope to pursue a 5k soon.

I have been on a low carb diet for the past year and been exercising regularly.

My endurance while running seems to suffer when I get past the 5k mark.

Any recommendations?  Suggestions?

Re: Diet Recommendations for a low carb eater

I have the answer for you.  go to www.advocare.com/09083680 .  get the following products:  spark (caffeine drink that is loaded with vitamins and minerals especially the B vitamins, which gives you sustained energy without the jitters), the O2 gold(gets oxygen to your muscles for a better run), catalyst (amino acid that preserves your muscle during your reduced calorie days) and the muscle gain shakes (high protein, low carb shake to feed your muscles).  Check out the rest of the products, the results for myself and close friends have been fantastic.  Good Luck.
