The best place for youth organizations looking for nba/wnba licensed uniforms is probably russell's newly launched website where you can find a team dealer.

This is my first time visiting ihoops and I think it's great. The instructional videos are very informative. As a basketball lover and the father of a basketball lover I am learning alot to teach alot. Keep it comming. iHoops Nuf Respec!

I think you all should add more information about teaching kids how to shoot lay ups, there are many high school players who can't shoot a lay up with both hands because they weren't taught when they were younger.

My son is 13yr old boy living in NYC and wants to play AAU basketball. How can i find out about locals teams and tryouts?

Probably the easiest way is to go the AAU web site and go to the sport of "Basketball" then search for the state you lives in (NY), then you should also see regional or state directors who are responsible for and represent geographical areas sort of like "Commisioners". Those individuals should have listings how they can be contacted. They will be able to direct your son to a team in his area. Another option would be to speak with a local high school coach or the closest recreational center or even as a last resort, talk with a local college coach and ask for their assistance. At the very least, I'm sure they will promote their school's basketball camp this summer. Just some options to consider!

I have a rashard lewis jump shot. My shot does go in, but I want to change it because it doesn't really look that pretty. SO how can i change it? Form shooting won't help me. When i try to practice with a new form, the rhythm does not feel smooth. Please help me.
