Hello (again)

Hello, I'm back here once again. It's been a couple years, and my running go pretty good for a while. Then I took some time off...just over a year...hard to get back into it. However, I'm trying really hard. My problem is that I'm suffereing from shin splints. I have anti-inflammatroy meds and ice packs, and I'm going to be starting the C25K plan again from scratch while trying to get my legs back in runing condition.

Last time I was here....it was just Cool Running. None of this active stuff. The site was slow back then too, though, so at least that's familiar! lol

This is just a quick post to see if my login info still works....and it seems to.....

Re: Hello (again)

Yeah, I know this feeling.

I hade few breaks too and it was always very hard to get back.

But after 9 years of running I know one simple rule about training: don't miss any trainings. Doesn't matter if you don't have time or what...run just a little. If you let yourself to miss one training, you will miss one more..and more and more..and here we are: one month with 0miles

I think you should have some goals. It helps you to go outside and run.

My goal is marathon and I really really want to run this distance in 2.45 next year. This helps to go outside;)

I hope you'll get back

Good luck

I am now training for a marathon.

Feel the joy of running
