new to annap. striders...

My name's Tom and I'm looking for an afternoon/evening group of runners.  All the ones I've seen have been very early (except for one track training run on Wednesday).  I'm probably intermediate ability and am looking to stay in shape, maybe compete a little and meet some new people.  Thanks.

Re: new to annap. striders...

Hi Tom,

There is another group that meets at the Annapolis Running Shop down by the city dock Wednesday evenings at 7 pm.  Unfortunately, I've only been able to join them once due to work commitments and illness, but they seemed like a good group of people with a range of running abilities.  They also go out to one of the local Tavern's afterwards, so you might want to bring some cash if you decide to join them.  I'm also new in town and not particularly a morning person, so if you hear of any group that meet other days of the week, I would love it if you passed it along.  Hopefully I'll be able to join the ARS group again as soon as I shake my cough, so maybe I'll see you out there.

Happy Running!

~Kate
