Last night, we completed W9D3 (after a few days off from the Turkey Trot). It was a cold run, but we were prepared for it. I liked wearing a fleece vest because when I started to become warmer, I unzipped it and felt better.
My shin didn't bother me at all, so that was a huge improvement from the past few weeks -- the days off must have really helped.
Where do we go from here?
We have the Colder Boulder this Saturday, which is a 5K, the Jingle Bell Run on the 13, and then the Resolution 5K run on the 31. We're excited about the Resolution run because it's at night -- which is our forte.
We start training for a 10K next week. We're using the HH method; I printed out the 8 Week schedule, and it looks reasonable. I like having a system, and I like losing the weight!
On May 31 is the Bolder Boulder, which is a 10K. We should definitely be prepared for that.
Did anyone watch the Biggest Loser last night? They ran a marathon! That's my goal before I'm thirty. Less than three years to go...
We're crazy and in love. Can we do these 101 things?
