If you have an Iphone and are doing the C25K or plan to start, you should download the C25K app. I think it was $1.99 or $2.99 but it is well worth it. It tells you when to run/walk and plays your music. I love it. Check it out.
That is the one I use and I love it. It is also compatible with the Nike+Sensor for those that use it.

UGH!! I wish I had an iPhone!!! I just can't do the other podcasts...the voices and the music are so annoying. LOL Glad there is something so awesome out there like that! I'm waiting for Microsoft to release their new phone/mp3 player in March.

If you DONT have an iPhone...I recommend this App - http://sportypal.com
It works with Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Android. Workout download right to the website for you to analyze and it has a social media interface!
I used the c25kapp as well for my program. And now I'm using their Bridge210K for increasing to a 10K distance. I went 7 1/2 K today!
I appreciate how easy to use it is. I especially like turning on the audio cues (for halfway, 10,5,2,1 minutes left). And unlike a podcast, I can listen to what I want (an audio book), instead of what the podcast creator likes.

I have SportyPal installed on my phone, works ok, can't wait for the pro version, it will have c25k plan as well, now i did make one plan like this but on their community, so after every uploaded run it tells me how my status is and if i'm behind or ahead of it, with the mileage already runned.
I love this app...i use it on my ipod touch...dont think i could follow this program without it

I downloaded SportyPal onto my Windows Mobile phone and I can't see how this application does what the C25K app does. Am I missing something about what it is supposed to do?
Now that my wife is using my iTouch - with the C25KApp (which is the best)... I have to find a way to use my Windows Phone (an HTC Touch Pro 2) instead. I went searching for an App for this device but so far I have not found anything.
I always run with my cell phone anyway now (in a pouch attached to a belt)... as I'm now running longer distances and I want the "safety" of having my phone handy - so it would be very useful to have this type of functionality on my phone.
So... I decided to start developing something. I'm in the early stage of developing a C25K App for Windows Mobile (I'm developing it for more than just C25K - as I'm already now running 10K plus). I should have something ready to try out in a couple of weeks.
@dltang.. PERFECT. I am glad you said this, because I was wondering. Knowing that I will now go get myself the Nike+Sensor and start logging away

I wholeheartedly agree! I ran (well, jogged... slowly ) a 3.5 mile race a couple of weeks ago and I threw on the 45-minute run workout and it was wonderful. I was worried right beforehand because I didn't think I had a playlist ready but was so excited when I remembered I had the app all set up with my favorite get-pumped music! The newest updates are awesome, as well, because you can record notes on how you felt or what pace you ran at, or whatever else you would want to remember.
