Who is better Magic Johnson or Larry Bird?

I think that Magic is better because I think Magic can score more and give more assist and most importanly Magic is a better defender.

I would give a slight edge to Magic because he was a 6' 6' 9 point guard who could do it all. Everyone remembers when he started at center against the sixers in the NBA finals. Magic was more flash than Bird but he gets the slight edge on his ballhandling skills and defense. I still love watching Bird though- no one like him these days.

It's a tie. Magic was the best guard. But Bird could dial it up from long distance. Overall they're still legends.
