College Basketball's Top Freshmen

Lets talk freshman to watch for the 2009-10 Season. Here is my list:

1. John Wall - Kentucky

2. Xavier Henry - Kansas

3. Derrick Favors - Georgia Tech

4. Abdul Gaddy - Washington

5. Renardo Sydney - Mississippi State

I think you're right on having Wall at #1. He's John Calipari's ticket to the final four in his first class as head coach at Kentucky. I could see this youngster taking Kentucky to the final four this year. Talk about pressure!

Could I be anymore excited for college basketball to start? One month! I think they'll be a lot of good young talent this year leading teams. You've listed some definite studs. Going to be a great season.

i believe Avery Bradley should be in this list of freshmen....in my mind he is also one of the best in the nation

I cant disagree with that list. But one freshman that people should know about is Malik Wayns from Villanova. He has a very bright future ahead of him, if it was not for Scottie Reynolds, Wayns would be starting and putting up big numbers. Come next year Wayns will be on the map in College basketball.

Dominick Cheek from Nova is a pleyer too. Everything you said abt Wayns could be said abt the young mam from St. Anthony's.

wall no doubt no.1 but after that isay henry bradley and favors have all come up big 4 their teams
