Hi - I'm in week 8 of C25K and I think I pulled my psoas muscle in my dance class. I'm supposed to be at the 20 minute run but could only do the 8/5/8.
My lower back/left hip hurts a lot in Pilates. Is it ok to stick with the 8/5/8 until the pain subsides or should I push through to the 20?
I am not an expert at all..... I had to google what a psoas muscle is!
However... I would stick at a level that is comfortable until the pain subsides. I don't think it would be worth it to push too hard.

Thanks - I went to dance class tonight and was really struggling. If you ever pull your psoas muscle, you'll know it - until then, I didn't know what it was either!
Thanks again for the response. I am going to my acupuncturist soon which has been helpful somewhat in reducing the pain.
