How do college scouts recruite?

What do college basketball scouts base there decisions to offer a player a scholarship on a team at a certain school. Do scouts look at grades,skill,behavior? How can aau help being noticed by a scout? Is there a better chance of being noticed at a private or public school? How soon does recruting start?

What they do is they first look at your grades a good gpa is a 3.0 or above, (b's) they then need to see if you are above average on the court and what your attitude is like if they are all good you should get scouted check out nsr-inc.com theyre scouting me and they are awesome!

also private or public schools doesnt matter and it can start as early as 8th grade start befor ur a sophomore though!
