I imagine running on the beach it's a big chanllenge in and of himself....I can walk for a while on the sand, but the sand between my toes does bother me. Maybe some day I will try it again.
I began a walk/run training program from Jenny Hadfield; I've been jogging/walking 3 times a week, but some weeks are better that others. My first 5k will be on May 14th, and I'm looking forward to it, but I feel my own pressure to make sure I make it....that should keep me motivated
