I am doing my senior project on eating disorders and how they can be caused by competitive sports. I was just wondering if people could post thoughts, opinions, and concerns about the topic. Whether or not you think it's okay for athletes to lose weight? If you have ever gotten pressure from coaches or teammates to lose weight? If you have ever had an eating disorder that was caused by competitive sports. Anything that relates to this topic that can give me more insight on this issue. Thank you ![]()
it is not good for your body.if you are a athletes you need much Nutrition for your body. The other important thing you need a pair of best shoes.
nike shoes, lacoste shoes, you can buy a best shoes for yourself on the following website:
It's definitely not the safest route, and not advisable. If you're looking foe a healthier alternative, I would try using Vita Coco instead of sports and energy drinks. It's low calorie, tasty, and is more effective than those sports drinks. I lost weight by replacing it as my drink of choice for work outs, and became healthier for it.
