Hi everyone! So the course elevation map is interesting. It seems like there are some pretty scary hills from miles 10 to end. Can anyone who ran last year provide some perspective? Are we talking prolonged gentle uphill gradients or are we talking scary towering over you small mountain hills? Similarly, the first 10 seems to be all downhill, but I'm guessing that is a gentle slope.
I ran it last year and over on the MCM forum we talked alittle about it so here you go,
Hope this helps,

I ran the first race, as a pre-cursor to the R&R Half later in the year. At the time, this was my second Half...and I have to admit the last 3 miles was pretty tough...it seemed like that hill at the end was never going to end. A lot of people would stop and take walk breaks along the last few miles. Other than that, it was a very nice Half.
