The number one player in the nation Harrison Barnes today committed to Roy Williams and UNC. Barnes a sought after 6'7 wing player from Iowa was courting Duke, Kansas, and UCLA amongst others. A great player who has a 3.5 GPA and saxophonist, he is more than just a basketball player for the Tar Heels.
he had an Interesting way of committing to UNC, something i have never seen before. He made his announcment by Using the computer program Skype, which is like a video conference, and connected with Roy Williams and the rest of the UNC team over the computer. pretty creative.
That is a pretty cool way by using Skype to announce his committment. The whole UNC staff and players were there on camera so it was a cool thing to see.
Jared Sulinger is better. He was the best rebounder in high school basketball last year. He was the Mcdonalds All-American MVP. He also lead his team to the state title game.
