I need 47 curl ups in two min, 37 push ups in two min, and 13 min 30 sec for 1.5mile for my age (20yrs) to pass the fitness testing. This is very important to me and I need to be able to meet those requirements ASAP. Right now, I can hardly do 47 curl ups, hardly 23 perfect push ups, and I ran the 1.5 mile in 13:39 but would like to have it cut down by at least one minute. I appreciate any help you can give.
