Inner thigh pain after bike, only during BRICK??

I am a newbie........raced 12 yrs ago and just getting into sprints with my first one back next weekend.
My problem is........I feel great during my runs, I feel great great during my swims, I feel great during my rides. But when I try to do a BRICK, the minute I get off my bike to go to run, I immediately get a strong pain in my inner thigh. It is so bad I cannot run at all. It does not hurt at any othe time or activity.
Any thoughts?? Thank you!
That's almost ALWAYS due to shortened adductor or hip flexor from your bike. Most often, this is the case when the seat post is too low, the handlebars are too high, or your seat is too far forward. "Open up" your body on the bike, lengthen yourself out, and be sure to stand and stretch several times before transitioning into the run.

Thank you Ben, for your input. That makes sense. I am currently riding a 20+ yr old men's road bike, that fit a 5'5 man..........I am a 5'9 woman, so it probably is not the best fit. I am riding it though, since I don't have the money right now to get a new one!
But I will take some of your suggestions and that, plus a boatload of Motrin, will hopefully get me past this first race on Sunday!!
THANK YOU!
