800/1600 meter workouts

hey all -
I am a 16 year old female from Michigan, and was wondering if anyone knows of any websites containing solid winter workouts with an emphasis on speed. In Michigan, its quite difficult to get in good workouts outside with the 2 feet of snow, and our school has no indoor track, so I mostly just run on treadmills or something. My goal for 800 m is 2:20 (pr is 2:27) and 1600 meter of 5:20 (pr is 5:35). I know that I have some time to take off, especially in the 800, but feel I can do it with good training this winter, esp. since I'm just coming off a really good swimming season and my stress fracture is healed up. We have no official coach right now; our old one moved away and I have no way of contacting him for workouts. Anything anyone could give me would be helpful.
