running on a track

Its winter rite now and im thinking about running inside on a track, and ive heard you can get hip injuries, is this true?

as long as you run both clockwise and counterclockwise you'll be fine

What "ACE" said is true and a very good idea. Also, if you run around the track, (by the way, how long is the track you are going to be running on, 200 or 400 meters) and you run like 3 plus miles on the track and you go the same way...your right IT Band or left will like be bulging out of your like leg! Trust me, i've done it already!

Not just hip injuries, you could hurt your ankle, knee, itb, lower back, and neck.
