This is a radical program, in the best sense of the word. It centers around the concept of "MAX Interval Training" which alters traditional interval training by incorporating long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest, rather than the reverse. Each routine is a non-stop challenge of alternating between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at or near your maximum level of output, pushing past the barriers. The result is up to 600 calories burned per workout and a lean, muscular body after 60 days. If you're not ready to get serious, this program is not for you!
Training begins at 7:30pm, please arrive 15min early to complete paperwork and meet and greet the instructor. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and be ready to work!! Drop-in price $7.00.
