Personally I think he will be just as much of a factor in Miami as he was in Cleveland. What about you?
He will be a Big Factor on the court with Bosh and on the Bench with Haslem. Z can help but probley wont have a lot of Oppurtnities with LeBron and Dwyane Wade. He will Factor the Rebounds with Haslem.
I dont see him being that much of a factor, but he should give them a solid 10-15minutes a game.
I don't think so, don't think he could have many minutes to play in the game after joining Miami, not even better than in Cleveland.
The Heat are going to push the ball this year and I just don't think Big Z can keep up. The only way he will have an impact is in a half court set which I doubt we will see from Miami.
I think he will do a great job in putting in solid minutes and should also help clean the boards.
He should be the starting Center, with the Big 3 lineup. We should see a lot of scattering from defenses, probably trying to play zone, and make the Big 3 hit the jump shot, but Bosh can knock them down, and Big Z knows how to pick his spots too. I'm sure Lebron and D-Wade will be forced to pass eventually during the course of the game, and Big Z will be hit for his reliable mid-range shot. Plus, it's not bad that he's about 7'3, so he'll still block a few shots if Bosh's defense isn't good, and he's a good outlet passer for a big man, so he may be able to help start fast breaks too.
The downside is his age, but he plays slow anyways, so I don't see him tiring out. He should be a solid piece for them. I expect 4 points, and about 4 rebounds a game, with one block, but other than that, don't expect him to put up numbers like he's been able to now and then with the Cavs. He's old, slower, but I'm sure his shot is still the same.
I think he would be a really efficient player with good stats in not that many minutes.
