Re: Are my times slow?
You think you are a running mesiah, and you just say those are "normal" times. You have no proof and show no motivation to produce any, so until you do, I will think you didn't. Anyways, you said you ran 57 for the quarter, and yet you say you are a better 5ker. Produce the proof from a cross country site, and we will believe. But, the bottom line is, you didn't run those track times. They are not on the national rankings at racepacer.com, so, nice try, maybe next time.

I didn't mean to say I run for my middle school. I run on this little club that is for fun but I like it because I have friends on it. I also do most of my training by myself. I have a college track RIGHT next door to me that I go and run on. And i said that I'm better at the 5k than i am at the 1600!!! geezzzz lay off!!!

why does everyone think I'm a liar? can someone just close this topic cause I'm getting sick of it. I made a mistake saying I ran for my middle school. Geez nobody's perfect. i sometimes run with my friend who is fast and sometimes I run with my dad. That little team I'm on is at my sisters middle school (not a school team, we just practice there) and so i accidentally put it. sorry if that kills ya

how can you tell me to show the times on a website? our little team runs small meets and we don't have a website. also you say for me to show the results on a CROSS COUNTRY website, well sorry but I don't run cross country.

Re: Are my times slow?
Well, I can say that because you coincidentally have no proof of you being a runner at all. You are too obvious in your lies. Maybe you should come and race me, and we'll see if your times are valid.

Re: Are my times slow?
hmmm, don't run cross country but has a kick *** 5k time....yeah, people love training for 5ks on the street all the time! I know I do. I never touched a hill or any grass or froze my toes in 1' deep puddles. If you even ran anything close to that, no wonder, it was flat completely. You would be wasted by so many people in a real race. Proof. It is as simple as that.

Re: Are my times slow?
LMFAO you thought I was serious???? NOOOOOOOOO Not at all bud. I'm a hard core cross country runner. I live for those hills and puddles! Get some proof. If someone was that good that young, I think somebody would say something. So where is the proof?

Re: Are my times slow?
the 5K was the Family Hope House 5K. and for your info, no i won't run nationals in tennessee because I DON'T RUN TRACK ON A COMPETING TEAM! we compete against ourselves. and how many times do I have to say I can't get proof, just believe me. The 5K I ran doesn't have a site cause it was a REALLY small race. for cryin out loud WHY CANT YOU BELIEVE ME??????
