foot pain question

Hi everyone, Im new to the forum. I started Couch to 5 K at the end of May, and I finished Week 7 last night. I'm truly amazed at how well this program works, and the changes in my self confidence, my endurance, and my body are crazy! But today I am worried. I woke up with pain in my right foot, the same foot I broke 2 years ago. I was in a cast for 6 weeks. The foot was, of course, completely healed and I've never had a problem with it until today. Please tell me I didn't re-injure the weak spots in the foot and have to give up running! Why would it take 21, 22 times running for this to crop up?
