hi all, i am 5'11 155 and 6-7% body fat. back in my pro bike racing days i was like 138-`40, but suprisingly after quitting and going back to running after a 7 yr break to race bikes, i gained like 12 lbs in muscle, weird huh? you don't have to be rail thin to go fast, I run low 15 for 5k. now. p.r. in college was 14:12. i mostly do 10k and half marathons now, and manage high 31, low 32 in the 10 and 1:12- 1:14 in the half mostly. so runners with some meat rejoice!!!!! bye the way, have you ever seen ryan shay? he is solid also and runs like 1:03 for the half and 2:13ish for the full. i remember watching him when he was in h.s. and he was never thin, actually a really strong frame, and almost a football player neck, but could he fly!!!! and still does

I'm probably the heaviest girl, at my height anyway...I'm 19 years old, 5'2, just under 130...hoping to be about 115-120 by this time next year...I was at 155 ten months ago so I'm pretty happy with where I'm at...I'm not fast (23:28 PR for 5k) but probably faster than people think I will be when they see me, so it's all good

This probably doesnt really fit me, as I'm bearly back into shape enough to be called a runner.

I'm 43 and weight 260 (down from 315) I'm only on the 3rd week of the C25K program.

This will be a long trail to get back into shape!

I'm a 15 year old male.
On the offseason, I like to be at a 11% bf.
As season starts to come, I'll slowly burn that fat off as energy for my workouts and I'll get to around 8% bf. I usually stay around the 150-160 lbs range most of the time.
