7 weeks pregnant with first child. Did a half on the 25th and sprint tri on the 7th. Excited, ready for it to be over and visualizing an easy bike transition.. have lollipop type pedals for bike shoes and some difficulty on hooking them on but will still ride with them.

What are all the pregnant athletes doing for training? How has your pregnancy made a difference for you? I fell off my bike about 2 weeks ago , before I knew I was pregnant. Didn't hurt self too bad, scrapes that are healed. A little nervous about falling but will continue to ride and get over it. Swimming is great and running is good.
What weights are pregnant people doing? I am going to be a fit pregnant woman! I didn't lose the 30# that I wanted to but will definitely make my weight goal, after the baby is born.
What weights are good to do? Going back to working out more, since I've been working extra shifts these past 3 weeks.
